Contest description
This contest provides a reduction in commission for the sale of a property, as described below.
Eligibility
- To be eligible, the property must be listed and sold by the broker Daniel Poitras.
Conditions of Participation
- Property must be sold for a minimum of $400,000 in order to qualify for the $4,000 discount.
- For properties sold for less than $400,000, there will be a $2,000 reduction.
- The notarized deed must be signed by October 31, 2024 for the discount to be valid.
Discount terms
- The discount will be directly applied to the real estate broker's commission.
- The discount amount will be subtracted before any taxes are added.
General terms and conditions
- The commission reduction applies only once per property.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer or promotion.
- In case of failure to comply with the participation conditions, the discount will be revoked.
- Participants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Rule modification
- Daniel Poitras reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, subject to the approval of the competent authorities if necessary.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
- Participation in this contest implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these rules by all entrants.
