Her knowledge of human resources, process management and budget creation makes her an exceptional executive director. Of a go-getter and determined nature, she also knows how to show patience and humanism. If Vanessa doesn’t have her nose in an Excel file or isn’t at home with her little family and loved ones, you’ll probably find her at the gym, or on a terrace with a drink in hand.
